Thank you for coming to the BLS online questionnaire website. Your thoughtful responses will greatly help us to determine how the the BLSs are currently being used by teachers and will help us offer future workshops on various aspects of BLS and KALLS use. This information will help us recommend ways to incorporate technology into KUIS's language classrooms and develop online language learning resources.

The information that you provide will be kept confidential and no reports of this research will ever include your name. We ask for your name to look up your class information and to give you some small compensation for the time you've taken to fill out this questionnaire; however, if you feel more comfortable, you do not have to tell us your name.

Excellent. I can do most anything I like using tables, text, pictures and page layout. I can make my page look exactly as I want through formatting commands and menus.
Good. I can do almost anything I like, but sometimes need help moving objects to where I want them on the page or in using tables. I can insert special text and pictures.
Fair. I can usually manipulate given documents, but have trouble producing my own.

If you have designed online materials, how much time and effort did it take to produce those materials?

Quick and easy. It wasn't difficult and I wouldn't hesitate in doing it again. It didn't take much more time than similar print-based materials would take to produce.
Not so time consuming but somewhat difficult. I wouldn't mind doing it again, but it wasn't really very easy. I could have used some help.
Time consuming but pretty simple. The materials were pretty easy to design, but they took more time than similar print-based materials would take to produce.
A long and difficult process. It took far more time than designing similar print-based materials and it was pretty difficult too. I probably wouldn't do it again.
Other. Please explain:

If you have not designed online materials, which item most closely describes your expectations? (please select one or describe in "other")

Quick and easy. It will be as easy as making similar print-based materials.
Time consuming, but as easy or only somewhat more difficult than making similar print-based materials.
